Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp avocado oil

  • 1 tbsp butter

  • 1 yellow onion, diced

  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 ½ pounds boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into 1 inch pieces

  • 8oz can tomato sauce

  • 2 tsp garam masala

  • 1 tsp turmeric

  • 1 tsp chili powder

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 1 tsp cumin

Steps:

  1. Preheat a skillet over medium high heat. Add the oil and onions. Cook for three minutes or until translucent. Add the ginger and garlic and cook for 30 seconds, stirring constantly.
