Ingredients:
1 tbsp avocado oil
1 tbsp butter
1 yellow onion, diced
1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 ½ pounds boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into 1 inch pieces
8oz can tomato sauce
2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp cumin
1 cup Nounós Creamery Plain Greek Yogurt, at room temperature
Cilantro, for topping
Cooked white rice, for serving
Steps:
Preheat a skillet over medium high heat. Add the oil and onions. Cook for three minutes or until translucent. Add the ginger and garlic and cook for 30 seconds, stirring constantly.
