Ingredients
½ cup heavy cream
¾ cup granulated sugar
Steps
Freeze the bowl of your ice cream maker at least 24 hrs in advance.
Add the yogurt, heavy cream, and granulated sugar to the bowl of a stand mixer and whisk on high speed for two minutes.
Add the yogurt mixture to the pre-frozen bowl of the ice cream maker. Churn for at least 20 minutes, until the mixture becomes the texture of a thick milkshake.
Transfer to a shallow container and cover the surface of the ice cream with a piece of parchment paper. Freeze for at least four hours.
