Ingredients
3 lb russet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1 inch pieces
6 cloves garlic, peeled
1 tbsp salt, plus more to taste
½ cup unsalted butter, plus more for serving
1 cup whole milk
Pepper, to taste
Chives, for garnish
Steps
Add the potatoes and garlic cloves to a large pot and cover with at least one inch of water. Add the salt. Bring to a rolling boil, then reduce heat to low and cook for 15 minutes. Drain and return potatoes and garlic to the pot.
Mash the potatoes and garlic a bit and then add the butter, whole milk, and pepper, then fold in the Nounós Plain Greek Yogurt. Top with chives and more butter and serve warm. Enjoy!
