Nounós Creamery National Greek Yogurt Day Sweepstakes – Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.
1. Sponsor
The Nounós Creamery National Greek Yogurt Day Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Nounós Creamery, located at 166 Sea Cliff Ave, Glen Cove, NY 11542.
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States, aged 18 years or older at the time of participation. Employees, officers, and directors of Nounós Creamery, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) or persons living in the same household are not eligible to participate.
3. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins on November 9, 2025, and continues until all winning tickets have been found and claimed, or until December 31, 2025, whichever comes first.
4. How to Enter
Ten (10) winning tickets have been placed under the lids of select Nounós Creamery Multiserve Greek Yogurts available at select retailers in Los Angeles, CA, and New York, NY.
To participate, simply purchase a Nounós Creamery Multiserve Greek Yogurt at select retail locations and check under the lid to see if you’ve found a winning ticket.
No Purchase Necessary:
To enter without making a purchase, handwrite your full name, complete mailing address, phone number, email address, and a brief (50 words or more) description of your favorite way to enjoy Greek yogurt on a plain 3”x5” card.
Mail your entry in a self-addressed stamped envelope to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by November 30, 2025, and received by December 15, 2025.
Limit one mail-in entry per person, household, or email address. Incomplete or illegible entries will be disqualified.
Mail-in entries will be treated as equivalent to one (1) qualifying lid entry and will be entered into a random drawing for any remaining unclaimed prizes if applicable.
5. How to Claim Your Prize
If you find a winning ticket, email info@nounoscreamery.com with:
Your full name
Mailing address
Phone number
Winning code from the ticket
All prize claims must be received by December 31, 2025. Winning codes will be validated by Nounós Creamery before prizes are issued.
Limit one prize per person, household, or email address.
6. Prizes
Each winner will receive a year’s supply of Nounós Creamery Greek Yogurt, defined as 36 Nounós Creamery Multiserve Greek Yogurts, provided in the form of free product coupons redeemable for qualifying Nounós Creamery products.
Approximate retail value (ARV) of each prize: $288 (based on an estimated retail price of $8 per yogurt).
Total ARV of all prizes: $2,880.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-redeemable for cash. Nounós Creamery reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
7. Winner Verification
All winners are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. Nounós Creamery reserves the right to request additional information to confirm identity and eligibility. Failure to comply may result in forfeiture of the prize.
8. General Conditions
By participating, entrants agree to:
Be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Nounós Creamery, which are final and binding.
Release and hold harmless Nounós Creamery and their affiliates, subsidiaries, and employees from any liability arising from participation or prize use.
Allow Nounós Creamery to use their name, likeness, and city/state for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Nounós Creamery is not responsible for lost, damaged, or illegible tickets; technical malfunctions; or late/incomplete communications.
9. Governing Law
The Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
10. Privacy
Any personal information collected will be used in accordance with Nounós Creamery’s Privacy Policy available at nounoscreamery.com/privacy-policy.
