What is a ready-to-use frozen yogurt mix?
It is a finished liquid soft serve base that goes into the machine as it is. Nounós mix is made with real strained Greek yogurt and kefir, so there is no powder to measure, mix or blend.
How is a liquid mix different from a powder mix?
Powder mixes are reconstituted with water before use, so the result depends on mixing accurately every batch. Nounós is already mixed: thaw it in the refrigerator and pour it into the machine, for the same texture every time.
How do I use Nounós frozen yogurt mix?
Thaw the bags under refrigeration at 36–38°F until fully thawed, then pour into the hopper of your soft serve machine and follow the manufacturer's settings. See the handling guide (PDF) for details.
How long does the mix keep?
Frozen, the mix keeps 12 months from the made-on date. Once thawed, keep it refrigerated and use it within 7 days.
Does it work in my soft serve machine?
