1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil (we LOVE Kosterina’s EVOO)
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp white wine vinegar
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp honey
1/4 cup fresh mint
1/2 cup fresh dill
1/4 cup water
Salt + pepper to taste
Pro tip: For a thicker consistency, add less water!
Steps:
Combine all ingredients in a food processor or high-speed blender, blending or pulsing until thoroughly mixed.
Enjoy right away, or transfer the mixture to an airtight container and refrigerate for later use!
